Gina Miller – leader of the True & Fair Party, successful businesswoman and well renowned democracy campaigner – has called for the UK to rejoin the European Union.
The leader of the True & Fair Party made these remarks at an event attended by hundreds of people in central London earlier this week.
Speaking at the Leicester Square Theatre, Gina Miller, who is standing to be the next Member of Parliament for Epsom and Ewell at the coming General Election, said: “As leader of the True & Fair Party and a patriot, I say let’s restore Britain as a place of trust, tolerance and trade” by rejoining the European Union.
Gina Miller’s rejoin speech was part of an event called ‘The Ayes Have It’, which included other participants such as Scotland’s former First Minister Alex Salmond; journalist and broadcaster Andrew Marr; former Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow; Member of Parliament David Davis; broadcaster Mike Graham; and, Member of the House of Lords Claire Fox.
Meanwhile the official social media account of ‘The Ayes Have It!’ event posted that Gina Miller, leader of the True & Fair Party, received “a thunderous applause from the audience”.
Attendees at the event praised the True & Fair Party leader for her brave and daring speech about the widespread damages Brexit has caused to the various sectors and industries in the UK.
Gina Miller and her True & Fair Party, which was launched less than two years ago, have been calling for the country to rejoin the European Union since June after polling and evidence has consistently shown that the UK is much better off inside the EU.
