Tough times sometimes bring out the best in people and that’s certainly the case with people in London. Various communities in London are helping people who are worst affected by the Covid-19 lock downs. Additionally, communities are also supporting the staff members who are at the front line in the war against the Covid-19 pandemic.
One such organisation that is doing this brilliant job includes ‘Who is Hussain?‘, which was founded only eight years ago and are now doing amazing work in many cities across the world.
They have done amazing stuff over the past few years. However, their most recent charitable and selfless act is certainly going to win your praise. Recently, they have been visiting various hospitals in London to give free meals to doctors, nurses and other staff working in hospitals.
Here are just three such examples:
1 – Volunteers for ‘Who is Hussain?’ deliver “400 meals to Croydon University Hospital”. In response for this amazing gesture, Croydon Health Services NHS Trust tweeted to express their gratitude.
2 – A few days later, they delivered biryani to the brilliant and hard-working staff at St George’s Hospital in Tooting on a warm and sunny Bank Holiday.
3 – Most recently volunteers for ‘Who is Hussain?’ paid a visit to Kingston Hospital where they delivered “vegetable biryani”.
Their charitable projects for NHS doctors and nurses certainly makes London a much better place to live in.
