It’s another day of lock down and social media users in Britain have found a perfect and hilarious way to kill some time on Twitter. The latest trend involves sharing a picture of yourself ‘aged 20’.
There is something always new trending on Twitter but this is one of my favourite topics because senior journalists have been participating in it.
Some of the following pictures will make you chuckle while others will cause hysterical laughter because of the ridiculousness of some photos.
Tim Walker – Journalist at The New European
I don’t for a second believe that this what Tim Walker used to look at ‘aged 20’ but we have got no other choice than to believe him. Out of all the pictures this is the one that made me laugh the most.
Piers Morgan – Host of Good Morning Britain on ITV
This seems like a normal picture. That’s until you see the shorts that Piers Morgan is wearing. Plus, the shortness of the shorts is another thing to giggle about. In the below picture he also looks a lot like like Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook.
James O’Brien – Radio presenter on LBC
I usually believe what James O’Brien says on his radio show and on Twitter but today isn’t one of those days. Either cameras didn’t exist when he was ‘aged 20’ or maybe he wasn’t as ‘gorgeous’ as he claims he was.
It’s up to you to decide which sounds more plausible: him not having access to a camera or him not being able to verify his claims about being ‘gorgeous’.

Just one simple question: Can Sophy Ridge please explain what on earth is going on in the second picture? I will wait for the answer.
Owen Jones – Columnist at The Guardian
Looking at Owen Jones’ pictures when he was 20 makes me want to ask him one simple and yet incredibly important question: How do you manage to look so young?
My life’s wishes would be fulfilled if I could look as youthful as him.
