At 3PM London Time, BTS released their “Ego Comeback Trailer” on YouTube. And, in less than four hours since its release it has already had nearly 2 million views!
Prior to its release, countless fans all over the world were waiting for its publication by using the hashtag “#EgoIsComing” on Twitter as well as on other platforms. In anticipation of the song’s release, BTS related hashtags occupied the most trending list on Twitter in many countries around the world.
The K-POP boy band was immediately showered with praise and admiration as soon as it released the comeback trailer.
Most notable praise came from prominent individuals who have either been long term fans of the award-winning K-POP group or who just seemed to stumble across the release of the music video.
