BTS, the world wide famous and award-winning KPOP group, will perform in New York’s Time Square on New Year’s Eve. This was officially announced by New Year’s Rockin’ Eve twitter account on December 17.
In a tweet, they stated that 2020 will be made “right by ringing in the new year with BTS”. Alongside BTS, the following artists and performers will also be participating at the New Year’s Eve event in New York: Posty, Sam Hunt and Jagged Musical.
The show will be broadcast live on ABC on December 31st. It will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Lucy Hale.
In response to the news that BTS will be performing in New York, many BTS fans have reacted jubilantly on social media. Many BTS fans in North America are, in fact, thinking of travelling to New York City to simply see their idols perform live.
