A childhood picture of BTS member J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, has been published in a Pakistani magazine recently, a social media user discovered today.
A BTS ARMY with the Twitter handle @Kookies_Cooki posted the picture from the Akhbar-e-Jehan magazine on Twitter a short while ago with the caption “Now who did this..?” and with two laughing emoji.
Akhbar-e-Jehan is a popular Urdu language magazine in Pakistan with a lot of readers both locally and internationally.
However, here is a twist to the tale. The caption on J-Hope’s picture actually mentions a completely different name in Urdu, as illustrated in the below social media post from Twitter.
The name states “Huzaifa Butt” and the city is mentioned as Lahore which is the capital of Punjab, as opposed to Gwangju in South Korea where J-Hope was actually born.
In response, many ARMYs have reacted to the above tweet with humour and delight.
