An overwhelming majority of people in Britain believe that Keir Starmer is based placed to be the next Prime Minister.

A majority of polls published on Tuesday and Wednesday revealed that the polls are not narrowing, as Tory politicians would have liked.

YouGov’s exclusive poll for Sky News actually showed Labour’s lead increasing by one percentage point, with Labour polling on 47% and the Conservatives on just 20%. It’s unlikely that the Conservatives will be able to close this gap to any significant extent given the strength of the Labour Party’s General Election campaign.

Savanta’s poll for The Telegraph has revealed another boost to Keir Starmer’s General Election campaign.

When asked who would be best at managing 13 different policy areas, Labour Party leader Keir Starmer defeated Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in all policy areas by decisive margins.

The thirteen policy areas include the economy, inflation / cost of living, immigration, the NHS, housing, crime, environment and climate change, taxation, pensions, transport, education, relationship with the EU and defence.

Savanta’s poll for The Telegraph is the latest blow to Rishi Sunak and the Conservative Party.

This poll shows yet another popular endorsement for Keir Starmer and his vision of change for Britain. This is the latest endorsement after 120 business leaders backed the Labour Party earlier this week, showcasing the strength of Rachel Reeves, the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer.
