Ali Rehman Malik, the son of Pakistan’s longest serving Interior Minister Senator Rehman Malik (late), has expressed his well wishes and congratulations to Rishi Sunak on become the United Kingdom’s newest Prime Minister.
He expressed his congratulatory message on social media with a picture of himself and the new Prime Minister at an event.
Mr Ali Rehman Malik wrote: “Congratulations to @RishiSunak for becoming the UK’s first Asian heritage Prime Minister”.
Social media users reacted positively to Ali Rehman Malik’s congratulatory message to the new Prime Minister. Mr Riaz Ali Turi, for example, addressed Mr Ali Rehman Malik by saying, “You are following the footprints of your great father Late @SenRehmanMalik. Congratulations @RishiSunak”.
